How It Works
Our remote monitoring & maintenance service will feed your alarm systems to an Alarm Receiving Center. If an alarm is activated, the Libra CMS 911 operators will immediately contact and notify the appropriate organisation as instructed by you. This could be a nominated keyholder or emergency service response.
Simple IP Connections
Engineer Libra CMS 911 raises the effectiveness of intruder and fire alarms to a new level using two different methods of communication, resulting in a reliable, fail-safe system exceeding 99.99% availability as required by the EN specification for Grade 4 systems.
Rather than having a ‘dial-up’ landline as the monitoring connection, we use your Internet network (IP) along with a mobile phone connection (GPRS) to ensure your systems are always online and can instantly transmit a signal.
